Salads are one of my favorite things to reinvent and turn into something that feels anything but boring. I promise salads can be so good—there’s even a pizza salad below, if that tells you anything!And I’ve always loved a good salad—even as a kid. I was the one passing on the chips and asking for carrots and ranch instead. I’ve always loved anything ranch-based or a good pasta salad. But my favorite will always be a big steak salad with sweet potato fries and crumbled cheese or creamy burrata.
